Job Description

Senior Mechanical Engineer | Dallas, TX We are working on a Senior Mechanical Engineer opportunity with an established MEP consulting firm in Dallas that is continuing to expand its mechanical team due to a strong pipeline of complex building systems work. This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on in design while also taking ownership of projects, mentoring junior engineers, and working directly with clients. The role will focus heavily on mechanical systems for mission-critical facilities, including both new construction and renovation work. You'll be involved in leading mechanical design from concept through construction, including equipment selection, drawing production, specifications, coordination with other disciplines, RFI/submittal review, site observations, and overall project delivery. This person will also act as the Lead Mechanical Engineer on assigned projects, helping manage quality, schedule, and budget while keeping projects moving forward. What they're looking for: 7+ years of MEP mechanical design experience BS in Mechanical Engineering PE license in Texas, or ability to obtain through NCEES Strong communication and client-facing ability Revit experience is a plus Mission-critical, data center, healthcare, commercial, or complex building systems experience would be highly relevant This is a great fit for a Mechanical Engineer who wants more ownership, more visibility, and the opportunity to step into a true lead role with a firm that values technical quality, collaboration, and long-term growth!
