QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degree in electrical engineering, Electronics & Computer Engineering (or equivalent); Minimum 5 years of experience with layout and verification tools and methodologies for Analog/Mixed Signal ICs; Minimum 5 years of experience with Cadence layout suite (L/VXL/EXL/GXL) and Calibre verification (ERC, DRC, LVS); Minimum 5 years of experience with DNW isolation, PN junctions, and advanced layout dependent process effects such as LOD, WPE, etc.; Minimum 5 years of experience with the target process to balance layout and design needs, e.g. crosstalk, RC delay, electro-migration, IR drop, matching, guard rings and latch up; Minimum 5 years of experience with SKILL scripting; and Minimum 5 years of experience with communicating, debugging, and analyzing complex technical concepts.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Deliver on project assignments with integrity, commitment, and excellence; Efficiently layout sensitive RF, Analog and Mixed Signal circuits conforming to all physical design verification (PDV) requirements while balancing demanding area, performance, and power specifications; Identify quality and reliability improvements in IC circuit and layout design; Support or perform design verification from sub-block up through top-level; Collaborate effectively with local and remote team members; Develop accurate layout design schedules and resource estimates; and Proactively look for continuous improvement opportunities in the flow, layout and design methodologies.
