Job Description The primary responsibilities include performing preventative maintenance and repairs on semiconductor equipment to ensure optimal operational performance. This role requires close collaboration with Equipment Engineers and the area Manager/Group Leader to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve equipment and process-related issues in support of production objectives. Active participation in area shift pass-down activities is essential, with work priorities established based on production requirements and operational needs.
Shift:
N2 (Every other Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 5:30 pm - 6:00 am) This Job Is For You If You can perform preventative maintenance tasks and rebuild assemblies, with essential knowledge of hardware for chemical delivery, chemical processing, and handling for semiconductors You can assist in analyzing and resolving recurring maintenance problems and perform technical servicing of semiconductor production and support equipment You can participate in activities to develop, document, and improve existing semiconductor equipment maintenance procedures and systems, working from procedures, blueprints, sketches, drawings, and diagrams You can interface with Senior Technicians and Engineers to support resolution of equipment-specific issues You can perform diagnostic troubleshooting and repair on malfunctioning equipment You can recommend equipment improvements and interface with engineering as required You can perform routine maintenance on Wet Etch area systems You have the ability to rebuild assemblies in the Wet Etch areas of the fab. You can participate in ERT/Safety events You are a self-starter with initiative to learn and develop You are able to work within established procedures and written or verbal instructions on a wide variety of technical, non-standardized assignments that are semi-routine in nature, where ability to recognize deviation from accepted practices and take corrective action is required You are able to work with others and help foster good working relationships Job Requirements Associate Degree OR Military experience in electronics, electrical, mechanical, nuclear or similar required. #IND100 > United States Perks Perks And Benefits Industry leading healthcare.
