Job Description

Job Title:
Equipment & Tool Engineer Location:
Everett, Washington (On-site)
Job Summary:
Our team is seeking a highly motivated professional to directly support production engineering in a dynamic aerospace manufacturing environment. We focus on process improvement, efficiency, and interfacing with production floor personnel to ensure the safe and reliable delivery of equipment and tooling solutions.
Responsibilities:
Investigate and develop equipment and tooling concepts and specifications to meet aerospace product design and build requirements. Participate in design reviews and collaborate on requirements, drawings, models, specifications, and purchase requests for new equipment and tooling. Develop and document inspection and usage instructions, preventative maintenance plans, and user training materials for equipment and tooling. Manage budgets and schedules to successfully deliver equipment and tooling solutions to production customers.
Required:
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement. 3 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to spend up to 8 hours standing/walking on the production floor, climb ladders or stairs, work at heights or in tight spaces, and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). Regular and predictable attendance is required to meet production engineering needs.
