We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer with a strong background in mechanical automation and project management. Job Duties include but are not limited to:
Designing mechanical material handling systems, tooling and components.
Experience with: Machine bases, pneumatics, sensors, actuators, bearings, pumps, water-systems
Proven ability to work with a team of Engineers and independently on various projects
Knowledge of production techniques including Machining, Fabricating, Welding, Assembly, 3D printing
Ability to generate and update technical drawings using standard design conventions, tolerance, and technical drawing standards as required.
Collaborate with Radyne Engineering and Manufacturing personnel.
Strong independent judgment required.
Manage time to meet budget requirement.
Detail and check part drawings and create/maintain BOM's.
Assist in the assembly and troubleshooting of systems if needed.
Work under the guidance of the Mechanical Design Engineering Manager.
