  • Lead the design and validation of fiber optic components and systems, including connectors and cable assemblies\n \n\n
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (manufacturing, quality, and product management) to develop scalable optical solutions\n \n\n
  • Conduct simulations, prototyping, and testing of optical systems to meet performance and reliability standards\n \n\n
  • Interface with global customers to understand technical requirements and deliver customized solutions\n \n\n
  • Drive continuous improvement in optical design processes and manufacturing techniques\n \n\n
  • Stay abreast of industry trends in photonics, silicon photonics, and high-speed data transmission\n\nWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)\n\n \n\n
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field\n \n\n
  • 7+ years of experience in design, testing, and integration\n \n\n

  • Experience with injection molding and sheet metal design\n \n\n
  • Knowledge of automated optical inspection and precision alignment techniques\n \n\n
  • Background in cleanroom practices and fiber assembly processes\n \n\n
  • Deep understanding of optical transmission principles, insertion loss, return loss, and modal dispersion\n \n\n
