As a key member of our organization, you will collaborate closely with Strang's team of design professionals on a diverse range of compelling projects.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist with the design and development of HVAC systems for buildings and structures. Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure seamless integration of HVAC systems with other building systems. Produce mechanical drawings across all design phases, including Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction/Bid Documents, Permit Documents and Construction Administration. Conduct load and energy calculations Assist in feasibility studies, probable cost estimates, and energy modeling. Assist with documenting engineering field surveys and construction observations. Provide construction administration for projects, ensuring quality control of work performed. Prioritize client care and effective communication. Qualifications:
