YOUR DAY TO DAY AS A TOOLING PROJECT ENGINEER
As a Tooling Project Engineer at EVCO Plastics, you will engage in a variety of responsibilities that ensure our tooling projects run smoothly. Your day-to-day tasks will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop project plans and timelines, overseeing the design and fabrication of tooling components, and conducting regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting any issues that arise during the manufacturing process and implementing corrective actions as necessary. Additionally, you will maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns. Your analytical skills will be utilized as you gather and interpret data to optimize tooling performance and process efficiency, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
