Job Description:
Responsibilities Design, enhance, and innovate equipment solutions to address complex customer challenges. Resolve mechanical and system control issues, ensuring smooth project execution. Support sales and leadership with equipment quotes, contractor evaluations, and cost?saving initiatives Maintain strong client communication for satisfaction and travel to vendors to assess new equipment solutions Provide staffing and oversight for new and existing production applications, including project closeouts Qualifications Requires an advance technical degree plus a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience or Master's degree. Hands?on mechanical or electrical expertise, with the ability to understand and troubleshoot both disciplines Proven ability to develop solutions for new and existing production applications, including equipment improvements and process optimization Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with customers, plant personnel, and management to drive successful project outcomes. Highly organized, responsive, proactive, and an excellent communicator (written and verbal) with strong teamwork and follow?
