We're looking for a Mechanical Engineer who thrives on turning ideas into durable, high-performing fabrications. What You'll Do Design and engineer custom metal fabrications, duct systems, piping, breeching, and industrial process solutions that meet the highest performance and code standards. Collaborate closely with our fabrication teams, project managers, and field crews to ensure designs are buildable, efficient, and optimized for real-world installation and longevity. Perform structural and mechanical analysis, stress calculations, and thermal evaluations to deliver reliable systems. Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives—refining processes, reducing costs, and elevating quality for our customers. Troubleshoot field issues, provide technical support during installation, and contribute to plant maintenance projects. Champion safety in every drawing, every spec, and every decision. What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field). 3+ years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in metal fabrication, industrial equipment, HVAC/duct systems, or heavy manufacturing. Proficiency with 2D and 3D CAD software (SolidWorks, Inventor or similar), FEA tools, and standard engineering calculations. Strong understanding of materials (steel, sheet metal), welding processes, codes (ASME, AWS, etc.), and fabrication best practices.
