Operators to support design and construction documentation for MEP, semiconductor, industrial facility, and high-tech construction projects in the Phoenix area. We are hiring for multiple opportunities ranging from entry-level AutoCAD drafting support to BIM Operator roles requiring Revit MEP experience . These positions are ideal for candidates with AutoCAD, Revit, drafting, architecture, engineering, construction documentation, or MEP modeling experience who are interested in growing within high-tech construction and facility design.

ASAP Responsibilities Prepare, update, and revise technical drawings using AutoCAD and/or Revit. Support drafting and modeling needs for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, gas, chemical, and facility system projects. Assist with construction documentation, drawing updates, layouts, details, and project revisions. Incorporate markups and design updates from engineers, designers, project managers, and field teams. Maintain organized drawing files, project documents, model revisions, and design records. Support project teams with accurate and timely drawing/model updates. Coordinate with engineers, designers, project managers, and field teams to meet project requirements. Follow company CAD/BIM standards and documentation procedures. Assist with multidisciplinary coordination between mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural, and architectural teams. Learn project systems, technical requirements, and industry standards through hands-on training. Qualifications AutoCAD experience required; coursework, internship, personal project, or professional experience may be considered. Revit experience strongly preferred and required for BIM Operator-level openings. Entry-level candidates with basic AutoCAD knowledge may be considered for CAD Operator openings. 2-5+ years of Revit BIM modeling experience preferred for BIM Operator openings. Experience with MEP systems such as HVAC, ductwork, piping, electrical, plumbing, gas, chemical systems, or facility systems is a plus. Mechanical or electrical BIM modeling experience is strongly preferred for Revit-focused roles. Experience producing construction drawings or technical documentation is preferred. Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Navisworks, SketchUp, SolidWorks, or other drafting/design software experience is a plus. Strong attention to detail, organization, and willingness to learn. Comfortable working with technical drawings, markups, and computer-based design tools. Strong communication, teamwork, and follow-through skills. Must be comfortable working full-time on-site in the Phoenix area. Mandarin-English bilingual ability is preferred and required for select openings. OPT candidates may be considered for select direct-hire opportunities; future H1B or EB2/EB3 sponsorship may be considered based on performance and business needs.
Pay:
