Job Description
Are you someone who enjoys creating detailed designs and seeing your work come to life? We are looking for an AutoCAD Drafter / Design Technician to join a stable and growing team that specializes in custom manufacturing and design projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants long-term career growth, hands-on training, and the chance to work on unique, custom projects in a collaborative environment. Whether you're an experienced drafter or an entry-level candidate eager to learn, we want to hear from you! What You'll Be Doing Create and revise 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks Design fabrication drawings and assist with custom project layouts Prepare bills of materials (BOMs), shop drawings, and submittal packages Collaborate with engineering, fabrication, purchasing, and production teams Organize project documentation and update drawings as projects evolve Support special projects and continuous improvement initiatives Help bring custom products from concept to production What We're Looking For Experience with AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks 2-3 years of drafting experience preferred, but entry-level candidates with strong technical aptitude are welcome Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment Good communication skills and reliability Why Join This Team?
