Full-Time Job Description We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Drafter / Designer to create and maintain detailed engineering drawings, 3D models, and assemblies for mechanical components and systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience using Creo CAD software and the Windchill PLM system in a manufacturing or engineering environment. Key Responsibilities Develop detailed mechanical drawings, 3D models, and assemblies using Creo. Maintain engineering documentation within the Windchill system. Interpret engineering specifications, layouts, and design requirements. Modify and update existing drawings and assemblies based on engineering changes. Collaborate with engineers, manufacturing teams, and project stakeholders. Ensure all drawings comply with company and industry drafting standards. Support product development, prototype, and production activities. Required Skills & Qualifications Proficiency in Creo (Parametric) for mechanical drafting and modeling. Experience with Windchill PLM/document management system. Strong understanding of mechanical drafting standards and GD&T. Ability to create detailed assemblies and manufacturing drawings. Good communication and teamwork skills. Associate's degree or diploma in Mechanical Drafting, Design Engineering, or related field preferred. Prior experience in manufacturing, aerospace, elevator, or industrial design environments is a plus.
