Responsibilities:

Finyl Products is seeking a Part-Time AutoCAD Technician to support our design and production teams by creating and maintaining precise shop drawings for custom CPVC architectural components. This role is ideal for someone with strong drafting skills who enjoys detail-oriented work and flexible scheduling.

Job Duties:

Create, revise, and maintain AutoCAD drawings for custom fabrication projects Interpret architectural plans and them into accurate shop drawings Prepare detailed layouts, dimensions, and part drawings for production use Collaborate with project managers and shop personnel to ensure drawing accuracy and manufacturability Revise drawings based on field conditions, client feedback, or production needs Organize and maintain drawing files and documentation Ensure all drawings meet company standards and project specifications

Skills and Qualifications:

Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D required; 3D a plus) Experience reading and interpreting architectural or shop drawings A ttention to detail and accuracy in drafting Ability to work independently and manage time in a part-time role Familiarity with millwork, fabrication, or construction drawings preferred O rganizational and file management skills Communication skills to coordinate with internal teams
