Senior Process Engineer - Water/Wastewater TreatmentAtlanta, GA | HybridA multidisciplinary engineering group is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to lead the design, planning, and optimization of water and wastewater treatment facilities for municipal and industrial clients. This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys high‑impact work, technical leadership, and collaboration across multiple disciplines.

What You'll DoLead process engineering design for water and wastewater treatment projects across all phasesConduct process modeling, mass balances, and hydraulic analyses; develop PFDs and P&IDsSpecify and design treatment technologies such as activated sludge, BNR, MBR, filtration, and disinfectionManage project scope, technical quality, budgets, and schedulesCollaborate with civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and controls teams to deliver integrated solutionsSupport permitting, regulatory coordination, and client communicationConduct site visits during design, construction, and commissioning phasesMentor junior engineers and contribute to team developmentWhat We're Looking For8+ years of progressive water/wastewater process engineering experienceProfessional Engineer (PE) license requiredBachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering, or related ABET‑accredited fieldStrong background in treatment process design and optimizationExperience with process modeling and design tools (BioWin, GPS‑X, WaterCAD, AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) is a plusStrong communication skills and ability to build and maintain client relationships
