Computer Aided Drafting & Revit Operator

Computer Aided Drafting & Revit Operator Functions Prepare submittal drawings, shop drawings, isometric drawings, pipe and fittings sheets, as well as any detailed drawings. Reviewing Bill of Materials to verify the equipment is consistent with the specifications, drawings, and project requirements. Must be able to create drawings that contain all the necessary components for the project using general rules that meet maintenance clearances, NEC clearances, and Engineered Fluid's manufacturing standards. Qualifications Proficiency in AutoCAD & Revit computer aided drafting, this is an on-campus position. EFI is currently in the beginning stages of transitioning from AutoCAD to Revit Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, site plans and elevations. Ability to create new drawings based on sketches and photos and modify existing drawings per supervisor's direction and red lines. Knowledge of drafting standards including an understanding of layers, layouts, and scaling. Flexible, self-motivated and team-oriented. Attention to detail and ability to focus on task assignments to meet production goals. Must be able to work and communicate using email and teleconferencing software. Proficient use of MS Office suite software, i.e. Outlook, Excel, etc. Good verbal and written skills in English.
