Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality, innovative designs that meet the unique needs of our clients and projects. Job Summary We are seeking a skilled AutoCAD & Inventor Engineer Drafter to join our design and engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor, supporting the development of cabinets, system design, and construction documentation. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, drafting expertise, and proficiency with CAD software to contribute to our custom fabrication projects. Duties Provide timely and accurate 2D detailed shop drawings from achitectural drawings. Model approved drawings in 3D and prepare for machining. Working knowledge of the MS Office Suite Create detailed 3D models and assemblies with Autodesk Inventor to visualize design concepts. Collaborate with project managers to translate design requirements into technical drawings. Assist in system design, technical writing, and drafting of construction documents for manufacturing and installation. Prepare detailed assembly instructions and technical documentation to facilitate manufacturing processes. Qualifications Experience in mechanical drafting and design using AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor. Mechanical engineering background or equivalent technical education. Ability to interpret technical drawings, perform FEA analysis, and create accurate assembly models. Technical writing skills for producing clear documentation. Experience with construction projects or architectural woodworking is a plus. Pay:
$30.52 - $36.76 per hour
