job summary: A CAD Drafter is needed for our client in the Salem, OH area. Our client is looking for a candidate with at least two years of Mechanical CAD Drafting experience, in a manufacturing setting. This role comes with a base salary ($70,000•$82,500) + 7% bonus, full benefits and 401 K. Relocation assistance for qualified candidates.
Effective communication skills are important for collaborating with team members and engineers.
The ability to identify and resolve design and drafting issues is crucial.
A desire to work in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environmentHighly motivated, self-driven, and eager to learn and apply new skillsAttentive to details and follows through on assigned tasks and commitmentsFlexible and driven to meet tight deadlines, handle multiple projects and prioritize them appropriatelyMust be able to pass pre-employment physical and drug screen #randstadengineering The essential functions of this role include:working in a smoke free environmentwearing steel toe shoesworking in a non-temperature controlled environmentworking up to 5 hrs of overtime per week qualifications: Experience level: ExperiencedMinimum 2 years of experience
