Mechanical Drafter

Drafter (AutoCAD / Revit) Actalent is seeking a Drafter to join a growing design and manufacturing team in the Lehigh Valley. This individual will work closely with design, engineering, manufacturing, and project management teams to create accurate fabrication and shop drawings. Key Responsibilities + Create fabrication and shop drawings for wall panels, metal pans, stone, and hardware + Support project engineers and sales teams with drawing updates + Collaborate with QA/QC to ensure drawing accuracy and quality + Use AutoCAD and Revit to produce detailed, error‑free line work Qualifications + Associate's degree or related drafting experience (architectural or structural) + Proficiency in AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit + Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions + Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook experience preferred Why Actalent + Opportunity to work on technically engaging, hands‑on projects + Collaborative team environment with long‑term growth potential Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Allentown, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $26.45 - $28.85/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
