Full Job Description Summary:
Seeking a Mechanical Drafter proficient in AutoCAD and ProEngineer for drafting, organizing, and reviewing technical drawings related to circuit breaker products.
Requirements:
Associate's degree or equivalent in Drafting, 3D Modeling, or Mechanical Design Minimum 1 year experience in mechanical CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Pro-E / CREO, UG)
Preferred Skills:
Experience with document management systems
Responsibilities:
Perform mechanical drafting using AutoCAD Generate and modify general arrangement and physical outline drawings Convert CAD files as needed Create 3D models using ProEngineer upon request Review drawing packages for errors Prepare approval/as-built drawing packages and test reports Manage engineering drawing files within EDMATS Prepare device tag files for procurement planning Update order tracking record database accurately
