  • $60,000 / year Revere Staffing Partners is looking for a Mechanical Drafter for a direct-hire opportunity in Wheatland, PA. This is a permanent, full-time position
  • you'll be hired directly by the employer, not on a temp or contract basis.
About the Role We're seeking a Mechanical Drafter to create, develop, and design blueprints for containers and parts prior to production. Working closely with both our production team and customers, you'll ensure that every design fits the customer's needs and can be manufactured efficiently on our equipment. The ideal candidate takes ownership of a job from concept through production, working with integrity and a strong attention to detail. Essential Duties Create blueprints for existing and new products using SolidWorks Partner with management to ensure parts and products can be produced efficiently on our equipment Communicate directly with customers on special requests and custom containers to confirm drawings match their expectations before production begins Present and answer questions regarding job specifications and blueprints in weekly production meetings Be present on the shop floor during production of new or difficult custom jobs to ensure parts are assembled correctly Manage and oversee CNC programming and nesting plans for the plasma table Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Degree or completed coursework in drafting or engineering Hands-on experience using SolidWorks drafting software (required) Ability to understand and develop concepts for custom builds Working knowledge of basic business principles and practices Proven success in a fast-paced environment, with strong organization, attention to detail, and planning skills Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; QuickBooks experience a plus Benefits Full benefits package for eligible employees: Medical
