  • Full-time Mechanical Engineer This position will be responsible for the design and engineering of industrial duct systems and directly reports to the Plant Manager.
We are looking for a motivated professional with at least one year of experience to join our growing team.
Responsibilities include:
Creating / modifying 3D models in order to generate engineering drawings. Developing Bills of Materials (BOMs) and routers. Understanding, sourcing, and quoting of various components. New Product Development
  • designing new duct systems and improving existing designs.
Working closely with Sales to ensure duct systems meet customer specifications. Effectively communicating with sales, manufacturing, and purchasing. Ability to multi-task and manage multiple design projects simultaneously. Developing test procedures for various duct systems. Working closely with management on cost savings measures. Developing and refining various machine designs to increase productivity.
Requirements:
Associate's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (minimum) or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 1 year of professional experience with SolidWorks and Auto
CAD. ERP
experience (experience with manufacturing or design-related ERP systems). Knowledge of CAMduct and Revit is considered a plus. Must have a CAN do attitude with a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
Training and Location:
Initial training will take place in Mercer, PA. Position will eventually be located in Hadley, PA in mid to late 2026. This is an exciting position with room for growth for a person looking for a career with a solid, growing company.

Starting at $50,000 to $70,000 per year, based on experience and metal fabrication knowledge.
