Are you a talented Piping Designer passionate about shaping the energy infrastructure of tomorrow? We're seeking a skilled professional to join a major Appalachian natural gas producer's facilities team on a short-term basis. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead piping design for critical gas processing projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and operational excellence. Required Skills:
Proven experience designing piping systems within compressor stations or petrochemical plants Proficiency in AutoCAD for preparing piping flow diagrams, P&ID's, and detailed design drawings Strong understanding of gas production equipment, safety systems, separation equipment, and process control Ability to interpret gas compositional analysis and utilize process modeling tools Experience with safety cause and effect analyses and risk mitigation planning Excellent project management abilities to control scope, schedule, and costs Nice to
Have Skills:
Knowledge of process simulation models and tools Experience with instrumentation systems and equipment maintenance reporting Familiarity with vapor recovery, incineration, and gas conditioning systems
Preferred Education and Experience:
Technical diploma or degree related to Mechanical, Chemical, or Petroleum Engineering Prior hands-on experience in compressor stations or petrochemical plant environments Demonstrated ability to act as a project lead for facility design and installation
Other Requirements:
