Draft Person for industrial and commercial projects

Job Summary We are seeking a Part time or Project fee based highly skilled Individual, detail-oriented Draft Person to join our team , specializing in industrial and commercial project design as needed. In this flexble hourly or project fee based role, you will transform conceptual ideas into precise technical drawings , modify existing areas ,floor/Industrial space ,with detailed drawings to be presented to our clients. Your expertise will support engineers, architects, and project managers by providing accurate, comprehensive, and innovative drafting solutions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to large-scale industrial and commercial developments, ensuring designs meet project manager/customer's satisfaction & client specifications with energy and precision. Duties Develop detailed 2D drawings and 3D models for industrial and commercial projects .AutoCad a plus Create designs, and mechanical layouts aligned with project requirements and technical standards. Collaborate with managers to review design concepts, resolve drafting issues, and optimize system performance. Prepare technical documentation including project drawings Support construction teams by providing accurate drawings, revisions, and technical guidance throughout project phases. Requirements Proven experience in drafting for industrial or commercial projects with a strong portfolio. Demonstrating CAD proficiency a plus but not required Solid understanding of, schematics development, system design, and mechanical design processes.

Ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and construction documents accurately. Strong communication skills for technical writing and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Mechanical knowledge combined with experience in construction environments is highly desirable.
