Job Description

A premier EPC turnkey company headquartered in southern West Virginia is actively seeking Engineers and Designers/Draftsmen across multiple disciplines to support our growing portfolio of industrial, construction, and material handling projects. We are looking for hungry, motivated, and talented professionals who take pride in practical, field-ready design and engineering. Open Disciplines Engineering (including Licensed PEs preferred): Civil Engineering Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering Structural Engineering PLC Programming /
Controls Engineering Design & Drafting:
Civil Designers / Drafters Mechanical Designers / Drafters Electrical Designers / Drafters Structural Designers /
Drafters Work Locations Primary:
Princeton, West Virginia (in-office, preferred) Also considered: Pittsburgh, PA region East Tennessee Southwest Virginia Selective remote opportunities may be available for experienced candidates who can operate independently and deliver consistently. Position Overview These roles will support the conceptualization, layout, design, and detailing of systems and structures associated with industrial facilities, including: Structural steel and foundations Material handling systems (conveyors, transfer towers, etc.) Buildings and support structures Mechanical systems and piping Electrical systems and controls Work spans the full project lifecycle—from proposal and scope development through design, construction support, and operations. Key Responsibilities Develop and produce engineering designs and/or detailed construction drawings Manage workflow to meet project schedules and client expectations Interpret and apply codes, standards, and customer specifications Coordinate across disciplines to ensure practical, buildable solutions Perform field visits as needed to gather data and validate designs Review and check work for accuracy and completeness Support continuous improvement of design standards and processes
Preferred Qualifications For Engineers:
Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering discipline PE license preferred (or ability to obtain) Industrial, construction, or heavy industry experience strongly preferred
For Designers/Drafters:
Associate's degree in CAD/Drafting or equivalent experience Proficiency in: AutoCAD Plant 3D Advance Steel Navisworks Strong understanding of industrial layouts and construction drawings
For All Candidates:
