MEP VDC /Revit Specialist Location:
Little Rock, AR Key Responsibilities Develop detailed construction documents and 3D models in Revit, focused on Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems Lead BIM coordination efforts with architects, engineers, and project managers Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and Navisworks Establish and maintain drafting standards and documentation protocols Conduct site visits to verify existing conditions and ensure design accuracy Provide technical support throughout construction and manufacturing phases Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders across all project stages Qualifications Advanced proficiency in Revit (required) Experience with AutoCAD, BIM
workflows (ACC/BIM 360), Navisworks, and Bluebeam Strong knowledge of MEP systems, building codes, and engineering principles Ability to read, interpret, and produce complex technical drawings Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills Associate degree or certification in drafting, engineering technology, or a related field preferred Prior experience in an architectural or engineering environment preferredSupervisory Responsibility:
None Work Environment:
This is an on-site / hybrid role based at our Little Rock office. Remote-only applicants will not be considered. Strong preference will be given to candidates currently residing in or willing to relocate to the Little Rock / Central Arkansas area. This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to, stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone, keyboard reach, stoop kneel to install/repair computer equipment. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work. Light to moderate lifting is required. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
