We're looking for an Architectural Drafter to join the idX Team! Join a collaborative design team where your technical skills help bring concepts to life. In this role, you'll contribute to projects from initial ideas through final production-creating drawings, supporting prototypes, and helping deliver innovative design solutions. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, continuous learning, and seeing their work move from concept to reality. Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and revise drawings under the guidance of experienced designersAssist in developing construction documents and incorporating redlinesHelp maintain organized files and consistent drawing standardsPartner with project teams to ensure accuracy and quality in deliverablesBuild knowledge of industry codes, drafting standards, and workflowsWhat We're Looking ForHigh school diploma required2+ years of experience in design/drafting (wood or metal manufacturing, store fixtures, or interior environments preferred)Working knowledge of AutoCAD and technical drafting principlesStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracyAbility to follow direction, manage priorities, and meet deadlinesBasic experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office or Google WorkspaceEagerness to learn, grow, and expand technical expertiseWhy This RoleGain hands-on experience across the full project lifecycleWork alongside a supportive and skilled design teamDevelop your technical and industry knowledgeBe part of projects you can see come to life
Hourly Pay Range:
$20-25 per hour •dependent on experience•pay range may be adjusted depending on cost of living
Bonus/Incentive Pay:
Incentive pay may be available for certain job roles and may include piece rate incentives, weekly production bonuses, trip rates, and employee referral bonuses. A discretionary annual bonus based on Company and business unit performance may also be provided.
