Our work spans residential and commercial buildings, bridges, signs, stairs, telecommunication structures, and more. We are looking for an experienced structural drafter to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys producing accurate, buildable drawings, works well with engineers, and takes pride in clear, well-organized plans. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of drafting experience, preferably in structural drafting and/or fabrication detailing. Responsibilities Prepare structural drawings and details using AutoCAD and/or Revit Work closely with engineers to develop and revise plans based on project requirements Interpret architectural and structural plans Organize and manage project files clearly and accurately Assist in reviewing and updating standard details and templates Coordinate with internal team members and support project delivery Contribute to the overall success of the team and office Qualifications Minimum 5 years of drafting experience Experience in structural or architectural drafting Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit experience is a plus) Strong understanding of structural components and construction practices Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings Ability to visualize structural components in a 3D space Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Ability to work legally in the United States Ability to commute to Arlington, TX or relocate before starting work Compensation and Benefits Competitive pay 1.5x Overtime pay Performance bonuses 401(k) with company match Medical, dental, and vision insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off and holidays Ongoing, on-the-clock training Mentoring, support, and opportunities for long-term growth
