Job Description

We are seeking a talented Controls Engineer to join our innovative team. This role involves developing and optimizing robot motion control systems, providing an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities Develop and enhance robot motion control systems through advanced controller tuning. Establish robust testing frameworks and design automated validation routines. Implement standardized processes for evaluating controller performance. Create automated test suites and analyze system responses to troubleshoot complex control issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of control algorithms. Skills Master's or Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, Controls, or a related field. Strong foundation in classical controls, linear systems, and applied dynamics. Experience in developing and tuning control algorithms on physical hardware. Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink, Python, or similar tools for modeling and analysis. Hands-on experience with sensors, actuators, and embedded control systems. Preferred Skills Knowledge of feedback control theory and motion planning. Familiarity with real-time control systems and system identification. Ability to document testing methodologies and maintain comprehensive records.
