Faculty - Mechatronics Engineering Technology

Rowan-Cabarrus Community College is looking for a full-time instructor in our Engineering department, focusing on Mechatronics. The Mechatronics Engineering Technology instructor is responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in first-year courses within the Electronics, Mechanical, and Mechatronics Engineering Technology programs. This role primarily supports the Mechatronics certificate and focuses on teaching core courses including Industrial Safety, Fluid Power, Circuit Analysis, and Introduction to Automation. The successful candidate will engage students through hands-on, applied learning experiences that align with industry standards and workforce needs. In addition to classroom and laboratory instruction, the faculty member is expected to support student success, participate in curriculum development, and contribute to program and departmental initiatives. Bachelors degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field Minimum 3-5 years experience in the industry, or instruction of related course material.
