What you'll tackle Deliver end-to-end field service: reactive repairs, turnkey installations, and proactive PM for the local market. Diagnose issues and restore uptime; provide customer training and coordinate with sales when helpful. Communicate with clarity—from operators to management—tailoring your approach. Uphold Ellison Technologies' standards with professionalism and ethics. Take ownership of cases and projects; document service actions and technical findings thoroughly. Your toolkit Proven experience commissioning, servicing, and repairing CNC machining centers and CNC turning centers. Diagnostics across mechanical systems, hydraulics, and electrical controls.
