We provide services for residential and commercial projects, evaluating, analyzing, and interpreting the characteristics and behavior of subsurface soils and groundwater, and preparing reports. We are currently seeking an experienced Geotechnical Engineer or Engineering Geologist to join our growing team at our Alamo, California, office . The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience preparing geotechnical and soils reports for residential and commercial development projects . Key Responsibilities Conduct geotechnical investigations and field evaluations Prepare detailed geotechnical and soil reports Provide foundation, grading, and site development recommendations Evaluate soil, rock, and groundwater conditions Oversee site investigations and geotechnical data collection. Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, contractors, and regulatory agencies Support projects through planning, design, and construction phases Qualifications Minimum 3 years of relevant geotechnical or engineering geology experience Strong technical writing and report preparation skills Experience with residential or commercial developments Manage client expectations and communication Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Geology, or related field A California PE, GE, or PG license is preferred. Preferred Experience Slope stability and fault study Knowledge of California geotechnical standards
