This role is focused on leading geotechnical investigations, technical delivery, and project execution across a wide range of infrastructure and development projects. You will operate with a high level of autonomy, providing technical direction, oversight, and mentorship, while managing complex, multidisciplinary projects and ensuring the delivery of high-quality engineering solutions. Key Responsibilities Provide technical leadership on both routine and complex geotechnical projects Oversee and direct geotechnical investigations for a variety of structures Perform and review analyses including: Shallow and deep foundations Retaining walls Dam and levee embankments Roadways, bridges, and airfields Prepare and review geotechnical reports, proposals, and technical documentation Review work completed by junior engineers and provide quality assurance and guidance Manage complex and multidisciplinary projects, ensuring delivery on time and within scope Mentor and train project engineers, staff engineers, and geologists Collaborate with internal teams and clients to support project success and long-term relationships Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil or Geological Engineering (required) Active Professional Engineer (P.E.) license 12+ years of geotechnical engineering experience Strong technical background in: Soil and rock mechanics Foundations and earth structures Infrastructure-related geotechnical design Experience with industry software such as Slope/W, Seep/W, LPILE, OpenGround, and g
INT OSHA
