Description:
You will be the Project Engineer Sr - PAC 3 KSA Localization for the Depot Operations team. Our team keeps the PAC 3 missile system humming by managing every piece of hardware and test equipment, customizing sustainment software, and ensuring mission critical parts are always where they're needed. What You Will Be Doing As the Project Engineer Sr you will be the technical liaison that tailors the 3rd party Sustainment Software Suite, builds and enforces desktop and site operating procedures, and drives flawless inventory accuracy. You'll sit at the hub of depot logistics, working hand in hand with senior logisticians, shipping partners, and field units to keep the supply chain rock solid.
Your responsibilities will include:
Lead the customization of the "Data Mill" repair data software, gathering requirements, steering development, and confirming delivery. Design and document end to end shipping, receiving, and asset management processes for international partners. Maintain organized loose issue and bulk storage areas by NSN, location, and serviceability; run routine counts and keep perpetual inventory current. Process material issue and receipt transactions for individuals, units, or activities, ensuring accurate data entry in the supply support database. Verify that all materiel records meet regulatory standards for stock control, life cycle sustainment, and accountability. Support quarterly and annual inventory cycles, performing physical counts and reconciling discrepancies under supervision. Oversee kit management and kitting for
PAC 3 KSA
depot operations, coordinating with shipping, transportation, and international compliance teams. Communicate and collaborate daily with depot management, engineering, transportation, contracts, and operational units to resolve supply issues and sustain mission readiness. Safely lift 40 lb and perform occasional manual handling of inventory items. Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college OR 3+ years' experience. Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams). Familiarity with logistics information systems (training will be provided). Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and follow direction. Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to work effectively within a diverse team. Capability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet established deadlines.
Desired Skills:
Intermediate skill level with Excel (e.g., formulas, basic pivot tables) and other Microsoft applications. Basic understanding of inventory control principles and data analysis. Ability to build collaborative relationships with cross functional stakeholders. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
