GED Full Job Description Summary:
We are seeking an experienced NDT Technician Level II to perform Liquid Penetrant (PT), Flow Testing, and Halide Leak Testing in an aerospace manufacturing environment. This role ensures product integrity through precise inspections, documentation, and strict adherence to industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform Liquid Penetrant (PT) inspections per written procedures and customer specs Conduct Flow Testing and Halide Leak Testing Maintain process controls (dwell times, temperatures, contamination prevention) Verify equipment calibration and compliance Document inspection results and identify nonconformances Interpret codes, standards, and technical requirements Support quality, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED Level II NDT certification (NAS 410 or equivalent) or ability to obtain Experience with PT and leak/flow testing in aerospace or manufacturing Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, inspection systems) Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Work Environment:
Manufacturing setting with PPE required; standing, bending, and light lifting (up to 15 lbs.) required.
