Job Description

NDT Level II Technician Location:
Tucson, Arizona Canyon State Inspection, Inc. (CSI) is seeking qualified Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Level II Technicians to join our team in Tucson, Arizona. Candidates must hold current NAS 410 Level II certification in one or more of the following methods: Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT), Eddy Current Testing (ET), or Ultrasonic Testing (UT). retirement plan with employer matching contributions Career advancement opportunities Position Summary The Level II NDT Technician performs a variety of non-destructive examinations at CSI facilities and customer job sites. This position requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Set up, operate, and break down NDT equipment Prepare surfaces for inspection and testing Perform inspections in accordance with applicable codes, specifications, and standards Interpret, evaluate, and document inspection results Prepare accurate and organized inspection reports Conduct specialized NDT inspections as required Travel to customer locations and project sites as needed Perform other job-related duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Current NAS 410 Level II certification in MT, PT, ET, and/or UT Basic math, reading, and technical comprehension skills Proficiency with basic computer applications and data entry Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Willingness to travel and remain out of town for extended periods when required Ability to work overtime as needed Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and dependability Mechanical aptitude and exceptional attention to detail Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Physical Requirements Candidates must be able to: Climb ladders, stairs, scaffolding, and ramps Bend, stoop, crouch, reach, and work in various positions Stand for up to 95% of the work shift Walk, push, and pull equipment and materials Lift and carry more than 50 pounds Pre-Employment Requirements All candidates must successfully pass: Drug screening Background screening Driver's license verification
Pay:
$25.00 - $28.00 per hour
