Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented NDT Liquid Penetrant Level 1 technician to perform non-destructive testing (NDT) . Your expertise will ensure that products meet stringent quality standards, adhere to industry codes, and maintain safety and reliability. Responsibilities Etch parts in chemical tanks in preparation for penetrant cleaning. Prepare metal parts for penetrant testing by cleaning parts and applying oil. Perform post-inspection cleaning and packaging of parts. Follow instructions of Penetrant Level 2 to perform system checks. Follow written instructions and record processing parameters. Requirements US Citizen or permanent resident (green card holder) High School diploma or GED Keen attention to detail Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred Penetrant Level 1 certification preferred No prior experience or certification required Able to stand, walk, and lift for duration of shift Benefits Health Insurance Life Insurance Paid Time Off Paid Sick Leave 401k Dental and Vision Insurance (voluntary) About Connell Processing, Inc is an aerospace chemical processing company located in Burbank, CA, and has been serving the industry for several decades, providing processing services for components and assemblies utilized by Boeing, Lockheed-Martin, and Northrop-Grumman.
