Job Description

At AeroFlow Technologies, we specialize in creating complex tube and duct assemblies using high-performance materials capable of withstanding extreme pressure, temperature, and chemical interactions. You can even find our products aboard NASAs Space Launch System and in the F-35 fighter jets. Thats the level of quality and innovation youll be part of when you join our team.

We are seeking an NDT Level III to perform inspections and other quality assurance functions in support of Manufacturing and in conformance with customer requirements as pertains to Level III Radiographic Testing (RT) and Penetrant Testing (PT)So, what will you be doing as an NDT Level III?Perform and document inspections/verifications on products, components, and processes based on specified requirements. Use of inspection equipment related to NDT such as Radiographic and Liquid Penetrant processes etc.

Implement and maintain systems that are related to the
AS & ISO
Quality Management SystemEnsure procedures, instructions /techniques for NDT have been initiated, and approved by a level 3 inspectorWhen required obtain customer approvalMonitor and ensure all NDT inspection/test equipment is calibrated, recorded, labeled, stored, and controlledMaintain records of equipment material per procedures, standards, and customer requirementsMaintain appropriate verification documents based on inspection data/duties performedGather quality data and present the results in an organized mannerPerform annual system, and performance audits to ensure systems, inspectors, operators, and equipment are in complianceProcess non-conformances (NR)Evaluate returned product (RMA) from the customer for confirmation and NR creationInterface with other individuals on issues related to quality. Aid operators in understanding and interpreting quality specifications and procedures.

Aid the Quality Manager on issues related to product performance, system performanceTrain other individuals in specific areas of expertiseAssist in presenting processes to customers/agencys (NADCAP) for system review, certificationTo be successful in this role, youll need:

Five (5) years in an inspection or quality assurance role with ISO/AS experienceFamiliarity with NDT equipment requirementsAble to understand and interpret technical plans, specifications, and operations sheets, etc.

Computer literate (Windows, MS Office, E-mail, etc.)Self-starter who is comfortable with hands-on activities.
