Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated NDT Level 2 Penetrant Inspector to join our dynamic quality assurance team. In this role, you will perform non-destructive testing (NDT) using penetrant inspection techniques to identify surface-breaking flaws in various manufactured components. Your expertise will ensure that products meet stringent quality standards and comply with industry codes such as ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers). This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-quality manufacturing processes, uphold safety standards, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Perform routine and preventive maintenance, calibrations, and equipment upkeep. Conduct examinations using approved NDT liquid penetrant methods. Interpret, evaluate, and document inspection results in accordance with specifications and procedures. Review applicable codes, standards, and contractual requirements prior to inspections. Complete accurate technical reports and maintain inspection records. Participate in corrective action processes, including non-conformance review, investigation, and reporting. Qualifications & Requirements Familiar and understand the requirements defined in
ASTM E1417
Standard Practice for Liquid Penetrant Testing. Ability to meet minimum Vision Requirements of NAS 410. High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum 1 year experience as a Level II PT. Strong knowledge of applicable aerospace codes, standards, and specifications a plus. Ability to perform inspections with minimal supervision. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Familiarity with basic hand tools and inspection equipment. Certifications Previous Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) experience with Liquid Penetrant Lv. II certification in accordance with NAS410 with a minimum amount of documented experience of 400 hours •Must be eligible to work in the United States without restrictions.•Benefits:
