In this energetic position, you will conduct rigorous pressure tests, perform detailed inspections, and uphold strict adherence to industry standards. Your expertise will help maintain the highest levels of safety and quality assurance across manufacturing processes and product integrity. This role offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical knowledge and technical skills in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment. Responsibilities Prepare pressure testing setups according to schematics, technical drawings, and ASME codes & standards. Conduct pressure tests on various components using appropriate equipment and hand tools, ensuring precise data collection throughout the process. Perform quality control checks during testing phases to verify compliance with specifications and standards. Utilize non-destructive testing techniques to assess the integrity of tested components without causing damage. Use precision measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and schematics to inspect dimensions and ensure proper assembly. Document test results meticulously, analyze data for anomalies or defects, and generate detailed reports for quality assurance purposes. Assist in troubleshooting issues during testing procedures by applying mechanical knowledge and analysis skills to identify root causes. Qualifications Proven experience with surface mount technology (SMT) assembly or related manufacturing processes is preferred. Strong understanding of quality inspection, quality control, and quality assurance practices within manufacturing environments. Mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience using hand tools such as hand tools and hand drills. Knowledge of schematics, technical drawings, and assembly instructions for accurate setup and testing procedures. Experience with non-destructive testing methods to evaluate component integrity without damage. Excellent data collection, analysis skills, and attention to detail to ensure accurate reporting of test outcomes. Ability to work safely with pressure equipment while adhering to strict safety protocols.
