Job Description
Briem Engineering is seeking experienced UT Level II NDT Technicians to join our team in Earth City, MO. UT Shear Wave experience desired. Position Summary The technician will perform hands-on Non-Destructive Testing at customer sites. Most of the jobs are in the St. Louis area with occasional travel. Must be physically able to enter confined spaces, ladder work, work at heights, and able to lift at least 50 lbs. The applicable NDT method will be performed with respect to applicable codes, standards and specifications. The technician will also support other associated tasks such as job preparation, coordination, mobilization/demobilization, and reporting as directed by their supervisor. This is a full-time position that will support a minimum of 40 hours per week. Occasional support of our materials testing lab may be required.

Adhere to personal and customer job site safety requirements. Complete applicable inspection reports and other paperwork as required. Qualifications LevelII UT, PT, MT
certification required. CWI and UT shear desired. Must have and maintain a current valid driver's license. Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Take and pass all pre-employment screening, including background and initial and future random drug screening.Education:
High School diploma or equivalent Experience & Skills Provide verifiable evidence of certification and / or completion of ASNT recommended training program. Meet or exceed quality program requirements for work experience on the applicable method and total work experience for the NDT method and level. Understand basic mechanical concepts. Knowledge of basic math. Able to read, comprehend, and prepare technical specifications and procedures. Good interpersonal skills for daily interaction with customers and fellow employees. Ability to use basic Microsoft software to generate inspection reports and communicate within the company.
