Job Summary Join our dynamic team as an Armorer/Technician, where you will play a vital role in maintaining, repairing, and customizing firearms and related equipment. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge weaponry, ensuring safety, functionality, and optimal performance. Your expertise will support operational readiness and contribute to a secure environment, all while fostering a culture of precision and excellence. Responsibilities Disassemble, clean, inspect, repair, and assemble firearms and accessories with meticulous attention to detail. Customize weapons according to specific operational requirements or client specifications. Conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure all equipment functions safely and reliably. Maintain accurate records of all repairs, modifications, and inspections in accordance with safety standards. Assist in the calibration and testing of firearm components to meet strict quality control measures. Follow all safety protocols and procedures during handling, repair, and storage of weapons. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions promptly. Assist int he preparation of parts for coating Assist in the preparation and shipping of firearms and parts Requirements Proven experience in firearm maintenance, repair, or armory work; military or law enforcement background is a plus. Dependable Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics. Knowledge of firearm safety standards and compliance regulations. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills for recordkeeping and quality assurance. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Certifications related to gunsmithing or armory work are preferred but not mandatory. Willingness to adhere to strict safety guidelines and continuous learning about new technologies.
