Job Description

Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) Multiple DFW Locations $31.50 - $33.00 Per Hour Lead Quality. Ensure Excellence. TeamWRX Staffing is seeking Certified Welding Inspectors to support large-scale structural steel and industrial fabrication operations throughout North Texas. Responsibilities Inspect welded assemblies for compliance with AWS and AISC standards. Interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and engineering specifications. Perform visual inspections and quality audits. Verify welder qualifications and welding procedures. Maintain inspection reports and documentation. Perform testing in accordance with
AWS D1.1
standards. Identify defects and recommend corrective actions. Support continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with production, engineering, and management teams. Qualifications Current AWS Certified Welding Inspector Certification. 3+ years of welding inspection experience. Strong understanding of structural steel fabrication. Knowledge of AWS, AISC, and welding codes. Excellent documentation and communication skills.
