Training Focus:
Safety & PPE Flowline equipment identification Documentation and traceability Basic measurement techniques Introduction to Visual Inspection (VT) Introduction to NDT processes Tier 2 - Flowline Technician I / Level I Development For individuals who have demonstrated competency in shop operations and are ready for increased responsibility.
Responsibilities may include:
Equipment disassembly and assembly Basic inspection support Pressure testing support Equipment staging and documentation Identification of damaged components Traceability and inspection documentation
Training Focus:
Visual Inspection (VT) Ultrasonic Thickness Testing (UTT) exposure Pressure testing exposure Inspection documentation Gauging and measurement verification NDT on-the-job training Tier 3 - Flowline Technician II / Level II Development For experienced technicians capable of performing inspection, testing, and repair activities with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities may include:
Performing complete equipment rebuilds Conducting visual inspections Assisting with pressure testing operations Completing inspection documentation Evaluating equipment condition Supporting quality and production objectives Mentoring junior technicians
Training Focus:
