Evaluate student performance, administer or approve examinations, and support retesting and technical clarification when performance thresholds are not met. Develop and revise NDT curricula for initial and advanced training programs, ensuring materials reflect current standards, equipment, and inspection techniques. You will have direct influence over curriculum design, instructional quality, and compliance with complex codes and customer requirements, while mentoring instructors and engaging with evolving technologies and standards. The work is mission driven, education focused, and impact oriented, offering the opportunity to apply deep technical expertise in a setting where quality, consistency, and long term workforce readiness matter most.
