Extensive Travel Required Position Overview We are seeking experienced and detail-oriented Supplier Surveillance Representatives (SSRs) to support nuclear quality assurance and supplier oversight activities for procurement programs supporting the Savannah River Site (SRS). This role is responsible for performing supplier surveillance, inspection oversight, quality verification, and programmatic assessments at supplier facilities throughout the United States. The selected candidate will act as an authorized representative supporting compliance with procurement specifications, nuclear quality standards, and applicable industry codes. The ideal candidate possesses strong experience in nuclear quality assurance, supplier oversight, welding/NDE surveillance, ASME code compliance, and technical documentation review within highly regulated environments. Key Responsibilities Supplier Surveillance & Inspection Perform supplier surveillance activities at supplier facilities in accordance with approved Supplier Surveillance Plans (SSPs) Conduct source inspections and quality oversight of fabricated materials, components, and services Verify compliance with procurement documents, technical specifications, codes, standards, and drawings Observe supplier inspection and testing activities, including hydrostatic testing, dimensional inspections, and electrical testing Perform oversight of welding, fabrication, and nondestructive examination (NDE) activities Review radiographic film and NDE records for compliance with applicable standards Verify implementation of supplier Quality Assurance Programs (QAP) Quality Assurance Oversight Evaluate supplier compliance with ASME, NQA-1, AWS, and related nuclear quality standards Verify welder qualifications, NDE certifications, calibration controls, material traceability, and process controls Identify and document quality deficiencies, nonconformances, and suspect/counterfeit items Generate Supplier Deviation Notice Reports (SDNRs) and coordinate issue resolution activities Support corrective action verification and follow-up activities Documentation & Reporting Prepare detailed surveillance reports in accordance with quality procedures and reporting requirements Review Engineering Document Requirements (EDR) packages for completeness, accuracy, and compliance Verify documentation authentication, revision control, and release status prior to shipment authorization Maintain accurate records of surveillance activities, findings, and technical clarifications Coordinate closely with Engineering, Procurement, and Quality Assurance personnel Technical Coordination Support development and revision of Supplier Surveillance Plans (SSPs) when requested Participate in pre-fabrication meetings, supplier discussions, and technical coordination activities Interface with supplier personnel and client stakeholders to resolve technical and quality concerns Serve as the Owner's Inspector representative for applicable

activities when assigned Required Qualifications Experience performing supplier surveillance, source inspection, or supplier quality assurance within nuclear, DOE, NNSA, defense, power generation, or highly regulated industries Working knowledge of: ASME Codes NQA-1 Quality Requirements Welding inspection practices Nondestructive Examination (NDE) Supplier quality assurance processes Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, inspection records, and procurement documents Experience preparing surveillance reports and quality documentation Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently in supplier manufacturing and fabrication environments Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic documentation systems Preferred Qualifications Nuclear industry experience DOE or NNSA project experience ASNT certifications Welding inspection certifications (CWI preferred)

Owner's Inspector experience Previous supplier surveillance or resident inspector experience Experience supporting fabrication shops, pressure vessel manufacturing, or process piping projects Work Environment & Travel Work is primarily performed at supplier facilities throughout the United States Significant travel is expected Assignments may range from short-duration visits to extended resident inspector support Work may include manufacturing, fabrication, welding, and industrial environments Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required depending on facility conditions Additional Information Candidates must be able to support rapid-response tasking and changing surveillance schedules Availability during normal business hours is required, with occasional off-hour support as needed Personnel must maintain required qualifications and certifications throughout contract performance DOE Clearance is preferred
