Job Responsibilities:
1. Operate, align, and maintain laser systems, optical components, and motion control/CNC equipment. 2. Conduct proof-of-concept studies, prepare samples, and write detailed technical reports. 3. Verify customer project processes, resolve technical process issues, and generate application reports. 4. Develop advanced laser processing techniques, conduct technical research, and provide training on marking, welding, and drilling processes. 5. Verify the performance of R D prototypes, identify problems, and facilitate updates and iterations of prototypes (Preferred). 6. Participate in design reviews of drawings and offer suggestions (Preferred). 7. Attend meetings with customers regarding projects, process details, and reports. 8. Install, commission, upgrade, service, and maintain equipment, and perform repairs using documented processes that are revision-controlled to meet specified parameters. 9. Communicate and resolve process and technical issues on-site with customers. 10. Perform other duties assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in optics, application engineering, applied physics, mechanical engineering, materials science, material forming and control engineering, welding, or related fields. 2. Over 2 years of laser experience, particularly in developing marking and welding application processes. 3. Familiar with nanosecond, picosecond, and femtosecond laser processing techniques in infrared, ultraviolet, and green wavelengths. 4. Knowledge of laser welding, additive manufacturing, laser cleaning, and related technologies, including laser-material interactions. 5. Ability to build a laser processing platform and independently complete customer sample verification and reporting. 6. Capable of handling work pressure, quickly resolving customer on-site process issues, and ensuring project success. 7. Good communication skills. 8. Willing to travel for business. 9. Willing to work overtime. 10. Green card holders preferred. 11. Proficiency in both spoken and written Mandarin and English is vital.
