Twin City Staffing is seeking a deposition and etch engineer to develop, run, and optimize high-precision thin film processes. This is a unique opportunity to work hands-on with cutting-edge wafer fabrication equipment and contribute directly to the production of next-generation optical devices in Shoreview .

DOE Hours:
7:30 AM•3:30 PM | Monday•Friday Benefits of the deposition and etch engineer: Health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance 401(k) retirement plan Scheduled salary reviews and raises Path to technical leadership roles Hands-on work with advanced optical technology Stable shop with long-term customers Weekly pay Duties of the deposition and etch engineer: Develop and optimize deposition and etch processes Run evaporation, sputtering, and RIE tools Maintain high device yield through quality control Document processes and drive improvements Troubleshoot equipment and process issues Support new product development Collaborate with cross-functional production teams Requirements of the deposition and etch engineer: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physics or Engineering Interest in thin film processes and production Experience with evaporation, sputtering, or RIE Focus on process control and yield optimization Strong technical problem-solving skills
