This position is a mid-level position in which the successful candidate will be responsible for designing, troubleshooting, and enhancing aircraft modifications for commercial and military organizations. This position requires someone interested and well-versed in avionics and electrical systems for various aircraft. Responsibilities Will work with a team of Electrical and Design Engineers and PMs to troubleshoot, design, and implement electrical systems supporting various military and commercial customers. Provide offsite & onsite assistance and installation of electrical systems Mentor junior level electrical engineers within the company Occasionally travel to hangars, bases, customer sites to facilitate successful system integration of mechanical and electrical and provide assistance as needed to Project Managers at onsite locations Required Qualifications Minimum of 7 years' experience in avionics and electrical wiring systems Minimum of a high school diploma Ability to effectively manage time over several programs Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work proficiently with remotely located employees as well as in a team environment Flexibility to travel

CONUS & OCONUS

(no more than 20% of the time) Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Proficiency in English (written and spoken) Must be IPC-620 certified Must be U.S. citizen Must currently possess an active Department of Defense clearance (Secret or Top Secret level) Preferred Qualifications AutoCad Electrical is a plus Interest in aviation airframe modifications is recommended A&P certification or relevant certifications are a plus DoD or Military background is a plus
