Job Description

Propersys Corporation is looking for a motivated SCADA Engineer who is passionate about the semiconductor industry to join our expanding Engineering team. The primary responsibilities is to provide SCADA or PLC programming services to support development and integration of new systems, investigate and lead root cause analysis for failures, and support the construction engineering project as a whole. We are looking for someone who is a team player and communicates well while being experienced working with process control engineering and troubleshooting.
Duties:
SCADA programming control systems and troubleshooting in support of gas monitoring systems Develop and implement project work plans and review as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. Identify and perform preventative maintenance activities on the SCADA control system General understanding of database design and stored procedures Work with the team to develop specifications and procedures to manage and monitor the system, instrumentation, and other hardware on a large scale Support onsite visits and coordinate with construction crew and operations personnel Communicate and manage any contractors with the team during system install to develop layout Thoroughly troubleshoot and investigate using root cause analysis for failures Continuous improvement in all aspects to improve efficiency Record progress and update into the construction table. Maintain accurate records and files according to quality standard Perform other assignments as necessary
Required Skills:
Spoken and written communication Expert Knowledge of SCADA control logic Proficiency with Control Systems Troubleshooting and problem solving
Organization Required Education and Experience:
At least 1-3 years of relevant experience Strong mechanical and technical aptitude Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint) Bachelors degree or relevant experience in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, or a related Engineering Field with experience in SCADA PE or equivalent is a plus Bilingual in Mandarin and English is a plus ProperSys Corporation is a newly established U.S. subsidiary of Taiwan Puritic Corp, founded in 1996.
